Eighteen solid glass cubes rest on a brushed stainless-steel base concealing the LEDs, and because the cubes simply stack rather than fasten, every arrangement is temporary and every owner's lamp is different. Light travels up through the stacked glass, refracting at each joint, so the structure reads as a small illuminated city.
