The Fun series of 1964 is built from hand-cut mother-of-pearl discs hung in overlapping rows, a material choice that gives the lamp its signature double character: lustrous and softly glowing when lit, gently chiming when the shells move against one another. In this brass-finish version, the warm metal frame deepens the golden tones of the nacre, giving the lamp a richer, more intimate expression than its chrome sibling.
