The Unikko Linen Fabric is supplied as a 10 metre roll of pure linen, screen printed in Helsinki with the poppy drawn by Maija and Kristina Isola in 1964. Unikko, a symbol of creativity, was born at a time when hardly any floral designs featured in Marimekko collections. Maija Isola was fascinated by flowers and went on to design a whole range of novel floral prints.

Woven from 100% linen and printed in Finland, the cloth has a pattern repeat of 98 cm and comes in White / Hay / Sand / Emerald. Linen brings a matte, textured surface that softens with use.
