This set gathers two Marimekko Sukat Makkaralla tumblers, small glasses for water, juice or a nightcap. The Sukat Makkaralla series, designed by Anu Penttinen, takes its playful silhouette from a sock leg that has carelessly slumped down, which is what its Finnish name describes. Each glass item is handmade using traditional techniques, so small air bubbles and slight differences in size or weight make every piece one of a kind.
The glasses are made of 100% mouth blown glass, are food safe and dishwasher safe, hold 2 decilitres each and measure 8 cm across and 8 cm high. They come in Warm Green and in Pink, and arrive in a Marimekko Logo pattern box. Made in Thailand.
Set them out with the taller goblets from the Marimekko collection for a table of mixed heights.
