Of course, he didn't design small, pretty hats. No, they were large, opulent creations that were both sculptural and avant-garde in their style – just like in the Lady with Hat series. The 20.5-cm vase in glossy glazed ceramic is predominantly blue, and the stringent lines of the skirt contrast beautifully with the circular shapes of the hat. The hat grows like a small tower towards the sky, while the elegant lady holds on to it with her hands.
