The Oiva bowl carries the Unikko print on white stoneware in a useful everyday size. Unikko was born in 1964, when Maija and Kristina Isola set out to create a whole range of floral prints at a time when almost no flowers appeared in Marimekko collections, and the poppy has stood for creativity ever since. Oiva tableware is designed by Sami Ruotsalainen.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it holds 5 dl, measures 12.5 cm across and stands 7 cm high. Colourways run from White with Plum, Cranberry and Pink through White with Dark Green, Beige and Light Sand, White with Clay and Rose, plain White, White and Black, and White with Red and Blue. It is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer proof.
