The Marimekko Piirto Unikko Cushion Cover is printed in Helsinki on an unbleached linen and viscose blend, with a concealed zip on one side. The covers are sewn from the full width of the fabric, so each is unique. Piirto Unikko is a stylised, airy variation on the floral Maija Isola created in 1964, nodding to minimalism while drawing out the graphic lines of the original.
The blend is 63% linen and 37% viscose, 46% of the main material recycled linen, and the cover is made in Estonia, measuring 40 x 60 cm in Sand and White. Follow the washing temperature given, iron on the reverse side after washing, and expect shrinkage of up to 6%.
