The Iso Piccolo Pillow Case carries the broad brushed stripe that grew out of Piccolo, the pattern Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi painted in 1953, the year she joined Marimekko. Three years later the Jokapoika shirt made from that fabric reached the streets, and the stripe has stayed in the collection ever since.
The case is 200 thread count cotton percale, with 75% organic and 25% recycled cotton, so its colour and surface are naturally lively and small variations appear. It measures 50 x 60 cm in Off-White / Emerald and arrives in a pouch made of the same cloth. Wash before use, separately for the first three washes, with like colours at the stated temperature.
