The Iso Unikko Cotton Sateen Fabric arrives as a 10 metre roll of heavyweight sateen in the Iso Unikko print, a design credited to Maija Isola and E.I. and dated 2022. It is the large-scale reading of the poppy that has become Marimekko's best known motif.
Woven in Finland from 100% cotton with a smooth sateen face, the fabric carries a generous pattern repeat of 380 cm and comes in Natural White / Chestnut. Follow the washing temperature given, wash with like colours and allow for shrinkage of up to 4%.
A full roll gives enough length to keep the oversized repeat intact across tall curtains or a large wall panel. Pair it with other prints from the Marimekko collection.
