The Rutsjebane Cotton Fabric 10 m is printed in Helsinki for sewing your own curtains, cushions and table linen. Danish textile artist Vibeke Rohland painted it in 2025 for the Marimekko Artist in Residence programme, letting paint loose in organic, overlapping stripes. Rutsjebane is the Danish word for roller coaster.
Printed in Helsinki on 100% organic cotton, this fabric comes as a 10 metre roll in Tomato, Petrol, Off-White and Pin, with a pattern repeat of 204 cm. Follow the washing temperature given, wash with like colours and allow for shrinkage of up to 4%.
