This cotton panama fabric carries the Kurre pattern, printed in Helsinki, and is supplied as a full 10 metre roll. Extending Aino-Maija Metsola's tales from the forest, Kurre presents a lively brood of squirrels collecting and hiding nuts, a common sight in the designer's childhood yard. The original artwork was painted on paper with brush and ink.
Woven in Finland from cotton, half of which is recycled, the panama weave has a firm, even surface and a pattern repeat of 88 cm. It is available in Cerulean / Multicolour. Follow the washing temperature given, wash with like colours and allow for shrinkage of up to 4%.
