This set brings together two small plates shaped as the Unikko flower and two shaped as the Kivet circle, each finished in its own coloured glaze and packed in a Marimekko logo box. Maija Isola's Kivet, meaning stones, builds on circles cut with scissors, most likely inspired by the big rough edged stones cleared by hand from the grounds of her atelier home.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, three plates measure 9 cm across and one measures 9.5 cm, and all are food safe. It is available in Beige / Chestnut / White / Light Brown. Washing by hand is recommended.
Spread them across the table for nibbles and condiments, or add them to other shaped ceramics in the Marimekko collection.
