Vividify Return Policy
At Vividify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Non-Made-to-Order Items
- You may return qualifying items within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain products (e.g., final sale, ex-demo, or clearance items) may not be returnable. Please refer to the product listing or contact our customer support for clarification.
Made-to-Order Items
Items made specifically for you cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once production begins. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Return Process

Contact Us:
Email contact@vividify.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. -
Pack & Ship:
Safely package your items in their original box (or a suitable alternative if original packaging isn’t available). Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package via a trackable method to the address provided in your return authorization email.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs, as well as any discounted rate differences from your original shipment, are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns.
4. Refunds
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. For other situations, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we’ll expedite a solution.
