Shipping Policy

At Vividify, we ship worldwide from our Budapest warehouse via PostNL International Tracking, our sole carrier for a consistent and reliable delivery experience.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders €150 or more.
  • Flat rate €19 for orders under €150.
  • Hungary: Free nationwide shipping on every order.

Prices displayed at checkout are shown in your local currency, but the free-shipping threshold and flat rate are calculated on the EUR value of your order.

2. Delivery Times

  • Europe: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: 12–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Hungary: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Actual transit times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

3. Carrier

All international orders are shipped via PostNL International Tracking, providing full end-to-end tracking from our Budapest warehouse to your doorstep.

4. Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 3 business days.
  • In-Stock at Manufacturer's Warehouse: Dispatched within 1–2 weeks.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Production time varies; please see individual product pages for details.

5. Customs & Duties

Your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes based on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a PostNL tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

7. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address and your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at contact@vividify.com. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details. We'll coordinate with PostNL to resolve the issue quickly.
