Are the products on Vividify original?

Yes. We’re an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry, so you can be assured of authenticity.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you need clarification, please contact us at contact@vividify.com.

Can I get help choosing the right product?

How can I use a discount code?

Simply enter your discount code at checkout. Some brands may not participate in certain discount campaigns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using:

  • FedEx International Economy
  • FedEx International Connect Plus
  • Hungarian Post Europe Plus
  • Hungarian Post MPL Europe
  • EMS Shipping
All typically have similar delivery times. We choose the best service based on your product and destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, weight, and destination. We’ve already applied our extra discount to the rates shown. If you think the shipping cost is too high, please chat with our customer service to check your rates.

How long does delivery take?

Processing Times
• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3 business days
• In-stock at manufacturer’s warehouse: Dispatched within 1–2 weeks
• Made-to-order items: Production time varies

Delivery Times
• Within Europe: ~5 business days after dispatch
• Outside Europe: ~8 business days after dispatch
Actual transit times may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at contact@vividify.com. We’ll do our best to update the address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways that encrypt your information.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. However, made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

Can I cancel a made-to-order item?

No. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts.

What is your return policy?

For non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I return a product?

Email us at contact@vividify.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide instructions.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping costs — including any discounted rate differences from the initial shipment — are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order.
