The Marimekko Pieni Kukasta Kukkaan Cushion Cover is printed in Helsinki, finished with a picot edge and a slip-in opening on one side. Erja Hirvi painted Kukasta kukkaan in 2024 during a burst of creativity at her summer retreat, letting the pattern emerge loosely as she worked; the Finnish name means from flower to flower, a nod to bumblebees moving through summer blooms.
The cover is made in Estonia from unbleached cotton, of which 25% is organic and 25% recycled, and measures 50 x 50 cm, in Hay / Plum / Bronze / Terracotta and Off-White / Plum / Pink / Terracotta. The cloth has a naturally lively surface where small areas of differing colour may appear, and it carries an Oeko-Tex certificate. Wash at the temperature given.
