The Keglen Table Lamp — Danish for “the cone” — continues the collaboration between Louis Poulsen and BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) that began with a pendant for the Tirpitz Museum, carved into the dunes of Denmark's west coast. Its defining detail is the moulded diffuser that appears to drip from the cone's apex like a water droplet, softening the built-in LED into a calm, glare-free pool — a direct continuation of the glare-control thinking Louis Poulsen has refined since Poul Henningsen's first shade systems.
