The PH 2/1 Stem Fitting revives a format from the early decades of Poul Henningsen's three-shade system, when many PH fixtures sat close to the ceiling on short stems to suit the modest room heights of interwar housing. Reintroduced by Louis Poulsen in 2003, it gathers three sets of 2/1 shades in mouth-blown white opal glass on a bright chrome-plated frame — each shade curve following the logarithmic spiral that won Henningsen gold in Paris in 1925, so the bulbs stay hidden from every angle.
