designed by Arne Jacobsen
Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1956 for Rødovre Town Hall, the AJ Eklipta is available in two sizes, Ø350 and Ø450, originally used indoors on stairways and outdoors as wall lamps. Later, a Ø220 version was created for St. Catherine's College in England. Jacobsen himself favored the larger model for stairways, underscoring its striking, functional design. Today, the AJ Eklipta continues to be used globally in various architectural settings, admired for its timeless appeal and versatile application.
Please note: This lamp does not include a light bulb. For optimal performance, we recommend an E27 LED bulb (8-10W, 1055 lumens)with a color temperature between 2700K and 3000K.
