LP Grand Wall Lamp

Introduced in 2016, the LP Grand was created by Christian Flindt for Louis Poulsen as a scalable light solution for large spaces. Its elegant curved rings combine direct and reflected light for a glare-free, ambient glow — "the sun on a day, where it glows through misty air, softening the light." The 2022 LP Grand 320 adds a 2700 K tone and phase dimming, perfect for hotel lobbies, meeting rooms and offices.

Christian Flindt, born in Denmark in 1972 and educated as an architect at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, has been part of the Louis Poulsen circle since 2008; his Flindt Wall and Flindt Bollard shape public spaces across Scandinavia. The LP Grand family carries that architectural sensibility indoors, with one consistent ring geometry scaled from intimate to monumental. In the wall-mounted version the layered rings sit against the wall like a quiet relief, washing light outward and across the surface so the wall itself becomes part of the luminaire — direct and reflected light mixed in the glare-free tradition Louis Poulsen has cultivated since Poul Henningsen.

The LP Grand Wall suits stairwells, corridors and bedside walls, and shines in rooms where floor and table space is already spoken for.
