Description
The PH 4½-3½ Glass Floor Lamp is part of Poul Henningsen's iconic three-shade system, designed between 1925 and 1926. This system aimed to provide glare-free, well-distributed light, using a logarithmic spiral to ensure even illumination. The PH 4½-3½ Glass Floor Lamp features a 45 cm top shade, with lower shades from the 3½ model. The lamp offers soft, diffused lighting that minimizes shadows, and the brass frame adds a classic touch. Originally introduced in 1990, this lamp continues to embody Henningsen's scientific approach to lighting, offering both aesthetic beauty and functionality.
Please note: This lamp does not include a light bulb. For optimal performance, we recommend an E27 LED bulb (8–10W, 1055 lumens) with a color temperature between 2700K and 3000K.
