AD 30 Art Déco Floor Lamp

First produced in 1930 for the TECNOLUMEN collection, the AD 30 Art Déco lamp became a popular office lamp at 78 cm tall. Its open opal-glass shade scatters a gentle, ambient glow, while nickel- and chrome-plated surfaces capture early-20th-century sophistication. Each piece is sequentially numbered and bears the TECNOLUMEN mark.

TECNOLUMEN, the Bremen manufacturer best known for its authorised re-editions of Bauhaus-era classics such as Wilhelm Wagenfeld's WG 24, extends the same archival care to its Art Déco line. The AD 30 preserves the vocabulary of the 1930s — stepped metalwork, a luminous opal-glass sphere, and the interplay of polished nickel and chrome that defined the era's office and salon interiors. Sequential numbering and the maker's signet underline that this is a faithful continuation of the original design rather than a loose homage.

As a floor lamp of modest height, the AD 30 is a quietly versatile piece to style.
