The Panthella 250 Portable is a cordless table lamp from Verner Panton's Panthella family for Louis Poulsen. Its 25 cm shade and trumpet-shaped base act as one continuous reflector, giving the soft, glare-free glow the design has been loved for since 1971.
Panton — Danish design's great colourist — conceived the Panthella so that no light source is ever visible, only its reflected light. Louis Poulsen's rechargeable versions carry that idea beyond the wall socket.
