The ferm LIVING Arum Arched Floor Lamp is an enlarged version of the original Arum Floor Lamp, its curved form carrying light deep into the room. Resting on a solid marble base, it is made for framing a seating area, with a swivelling arch, a tiltable shade and a removable diffuser for flexible, atmospheric lighting.
The base is solid black marble, the structure powder coated iron and the lampshade aluminium with a matte off-white interior, finished with a 3 metre black fabric cord and an on/off switch. It measures 155 x 205 x 40 cm and is available in Black and Cashmere. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Arum lamps: a leaf-like shade hung from a curved arch
Arum is a family of lamps from the ferm LIVING design studio, defined by an organic shade suspended from a curved metal arch like a leaf. Matte off-white inside, the shade gives soft, evenly spread light, and it turns or tilts. Floor, table, wall, arched and portable versions share the shape.

On the floor and table lamps a solid stone base counterweighs the shade, which hangs from a slender curved arch like a leaf from its stem. Black versions stand on black marble, Cashmere on travertine and stainless steel on Galaxy Grey marble.
Floor, table, wall
The floor lamp is 136 cm tall and the table lamp 53 cm. Wall versions include a swivel lamp, a tall swivel lamp of 127 cm, a hardwired swivel lamp with no visible cord and a compact sconce that tilts up or down.
Arched and portable
The Arched Floor Lamp, 205 cm tall, is an enlarged Arum with a swivelling arch, tiltable shade and removable diffuser that frames a seating area. The cordless Arum Portable gives 12 hours of light and is rated IP44 for outdoors.

Using it at home
Which bulb do Arum lamps use?
The floor, table and wall lamps take an E14 LED of up to 12 W, and the arched floor lamp an E27 LED of up to 12 W. Bulbs are not included.
Why do the bases differ?
Black versions have black marble, Cashmere versions travertine and stainless steel versions Galaxy Grey marble.
Can I adjust the light?
Yes. The shade direction can be adjusted, and swivel versions also turn on their arm.
How long is the cord?
The floor lamp has a 2.6 m fabric cord and the arched floor lamp a 3 m fabric cord, both with an on/off switch.
How do I clean the lamp?
Switch it off and let it cool, then dust the shade and body with a soft, dry cloth.
