This kimono style morning gown carries the Unikko pattern across long, loose sleeves and a wrapped front, and it comes with a matching belt. Unikko was created by Maija Isola in 1964, at a time when floral designs were almost absent from Marimekko collections. Fascinated by flowers, she went on to design a whole range of novel floral prints, and Unikko has symbolised creativity ever since.
Made in Turkey from a blend of 52% linen and 48% cotton, the gown measures 120 cm in length and 65 cm in width, and comes in sizes S/M and L/XL. It is available in Sand / Off-White / Hay / Emerald. Wash before use, follow the washing temperature given, do not soak and allow for shrinkage of up to 7%.
Wear it over pyjamas in the morning or after a bath, with towels and mats from the Marimekko collection.
