The FJ Elements is one of Finn Juhl’s few lighting designs, originally created in 1963 and relaunched in 2025 — including the iconic two-toned grey version. Its name comes from Juhl’s hand sketches, which document the lamp’s “elemental” construction, proportions and modular concept. While the geometric lines and materials reflect a simple aesthetic, a playful touch is revealed in the rotating upper shade. This allows you to adjust the direction of light and subtly transform the lamp’s visual expression.
