The Marimekko Unikko Flat Ornament 2 pcs is a set of two collectible ornaments, each in a different shape and colour taken from the flowers of the Unikko pattern. Unikko dates from 1964, when Marimekko collections held almost no florals: Maija Isola was drawn to the theme and designed a complete range of new floral prints, and the poppy now stands for creativity.
Both are made in Thailand from whiteware with cranberry, pink and plum coloured glazes. One measures 8 x 9 cm and the other 7 x 8 cm, and the set comes in Cranberry / Pink / Plum in the Marimekko gift box.
Hang them on a tree, on a branch in a vase or from a door handle, and find more seasonal pieces in the Marimekko collection.
