The Galleria Bath Towel is a large towel in the stripe Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi drew in 1956, with the Marimekko label on the bottom edge. Some Marimekko stripes lived for a season, others for decades; Galleria is one of the powerful prints that turned into a timeless classic.
Woven in Portugal from heavyweight 100% organic cotton terry, it measures 100 x 160 cm and comes in Emerald / Melon. Wash before use with like colours at the stated temperature, in a full machine and without fabric conditioner. Shrinkage is a maximum of 6%.
Its generous size suits the sauna or the beach, and it pairs with the smaller Galleria towels in the Marimekko collection.
