The large Oiva mug carries the Daily Variations print as a ceramic decal. Daily Variations explores how hues interact, challenge and complement one another, capturing the shifting moods of a day, its rhythms, sounds and ever changing light. Danish textile artist Vibeke Rohland created it in 2025 as part of the Marimekko Artist in Residence programme, where she strips away the superfluous to reveal the essence of form, colour and contrast.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it holds 4 dl, measures 9.5 cm across and stands 10 cm high, in White and Multicolour. It is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. Oiva tableware is designed by Sami Ruotsalainen. Remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
