The Smartbag is a lightweight shopping bag in the Unikko pattern that folds up into its own inside pocket when not in use. Maija Isola created Unikko in 1964, when Marimekko's collections were mostly abstract, and went on to design a whole series of floral prints; today the flower stands for creativity.
