The Marimekko Piccolo Cushion Cover is cut from organic cotton canvas printed in Helsinki, with a zip on one side and a narrow flanged edge. Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi painted the striped Piccolo with vivid brushstrokes in 1953, the year she joined Marimekko, and three years later the Jokapoika shirt cut from the fabric reached the streets for good.
It is made of 100% cotton in Estonia, measures 40 x 60 cm and comes in Orange and Pink, and the material carries an Oeko-Tex certificate. Follow the washing temperature given.
