The Unikko Bedspread is a quilted double cover carrying the poppy that Maija Isola introduced in 1964, when Marimekko's collections held hardly any florals. The quilting gives the surface a soft relief and keeps the padding evenly distributed across the bed.
The outer cloth is 100% organic cotton and the padding is 100% recycled polyester. The bedspread measures 260 x 260 cm and comes in Blueberry / Off-White / Cold Blue, Linen / Off-White and Charcoal / Beige. Wash it separately at the stated temperature and allow for shrinkage of up to 5%.
Lay it over a double bed as a top layer, with a matching duvet cover and cushion covers from the Marimekko collection.
