Poul Henningsen's PH 5/5 pendant, part of his three-shade system, features a top shade of approximately 50 cm, with middle and lower shades in a 3:2:1 ratio. These larger-sized fixtures are designed to be glare-free and are best placed high in a room, offering excellent lighting quality and a cosy atmosphere. In contrast, the smaller hybrid sizes are meant to hang lower, providing optimal lighting and a warm ambiance, such as above a dining table.
