Diamond Table Small

Diamond Table Small is a modern, sculptural lamp inspired by Brancusi's iconic works. Its geometric form highlights every facet and angle for a mesmerising play of light. Available in three sizes, it suits bedside tables, living rooms or striking group arrangements.

Diamond comes from Slamp, the Italian lighting house founded in 1994 by Roberto Ziliani and known for swapping traditional glass for innovative techno-polymers that can be folded, faceted and shaped in ways glass never could. The lamp's sculptural geometry pays homage to Constantin Brancusi, the Romanian-born pioneer of modernist sculpture whose polished, reduced forms changed how the twentieth century thought about volume and surface. In the same spirit, Diamond reduces the table lamp to a single crystalline gesture: a faceted body that catches and refracts light differently from every angle, so the piece changes character as you move around it — or as daylight shifts across the room.

The Small size is the most versatile of the family and a natural fit for compact homes. On a bedside table it gives a soft, jewel-like glow that is gentler than a screen-lit room deserves; on a sideboard or windowsill it works as a luminous accent that needs no styling around it. Because the faceted surface is decorative even when switched off, it earns its place in small apartments where every object is on display — and grouping two or three Diamonds of different sizes, as the design intends, creates a miniature skyline on a console or shelf. Warm bulbs flatter the facets best, especially against wood and textile surfaces.
