The Marimekko Silmälasi Kukkaro Purse is a slim rectangular case in unbleached cotton, printed in Helsinki with the Pieni Siirtolapuutarha pattern. Maija Louekari drew Pieni Siirtolapuutarha in 2009 as a variation on her Siirtolapuutarha, meaning city garden, a line drawing that tells of a journey from a bustling city centre out to an allotment overflowing with flowers and vegetables.
