The Marimekko Räsymatto Pot Holder is made from a cotton and linen blend with a padded filling and a hanging loop, with a seam running across one side. Maija Louekari drew Räsymatto, meaning rag rug, in 2009. Inspired by allotment gardening, it speaks of sustainable living and the joy of working with your hands, and of the colourful story a rag rug tells on the floor of an allotment cottage.
The outer fabric is 48% cotton, 31% cotton and 21% linen, using 46% recycled cotton, 33% organic cotton and 21% recycled linen, and the padding is 50% recycled polyester. It is Oeko-Tex certified and comes in Linen / Black. Keep it away from oven heating elements and open flame. Made in Estonia.
