The Marimekko Unikko Solid Mini Towel is a small organic cotton terry towel with the Unikko pattern embossed into the pile, while the reverse side is left even. Maija Isola drew Unikko in 1964, when Marimekko's collections were still dominated by abstract prints, shaping it as an abstraction of a flower rather than a likeness of one, and the poppy has stood for creativity ever since.
It is made of 100% cotton in Portugal, measures 32 x 32 cm and comes in Off-White. Wash before use with like colours at the temperature given, in a full machine and without fabric conditioner, and expect shrinkage of up to 5%.
Keep it by the basin with towels from the Marimekko collection.
