The Oiva / Unikko Serving Bowl 1.5 l is a wide, shallow bowl for the middle of the table, finished with the Unikko decal. Oiva tableware is designed by Sami Ruotsalainen. Unikko was created by Maija Isola in 1964, at a time when floral designs were almost absent from Marimekko collections. Fascinated by flowers, she went on to design a whole range of novel floral prints, and Unikko has symbolised creativity ever since.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, the bowl stands 8 cm high, measures 20 cm across and holds 1.5 litres. It is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. It is available in White / Beige / Light Sand / Dark Green. Please remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Fill it with salad, pasta or fruit for sharing, alongside the serving dish and plates in the Marimekko collection.

打破規則的花卉
Armi Ratia認為真實的花朵無法如實印製，因此早期的Marimekko幾乎沒有花卉印花。Isola仍然畫出了Unikko，將花朵抽象化。它後來成為品牌創造力的象徵。
