The Marimekko Piccolo Bag is a cotton tote printed in Helsinki, with the Marimekko label sewn on the front. Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi created Piccolo in 1953, the year she joined Marimekko, painting the stripe with vivid brushstrokes; three years later the Jokapoika shirt made from the fabric reached the shops and the streets, and it has stayed there.
The bag is sewn in Estonia from 100% organic cotton, measures 43 x 44 cm and comes in Pink / Cranberry. The fabric carries an Oeko-Tex certificate. Wash at the temperature given.

Marimekko
Piccolo：1953年的筆刷條紋
設計師Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi

Eskolin-Nurmesniemi徒手繪製了Piccolo。條紋相互重疊，因此底布不會透出，重疊處形成第三種顏色。自1953年以來，它一直留在Marimekko的系列中。
從襯衫到居家
條紋繪成三年後，以它裁製的Jokapoika襯衫登上店頭，也走上街頭。如今這款條紋延伸到抱枕上，部分以兩個方向印製，也用於在赫爾辛基印製的棉質托特包。
床上的Iso Piccolo
Iso Piccolo將條紋放大用於寢具。200織密度的精梳棉含75%有機棉與25%再生棉。被套上方兩角設有手部開口，底部有金屬鈕扣，並採雙線明線車縫。
