The Marimekko Piirto Unikko Bath Towel is a large sheet of heavyweight organic cotton terry, the pattern debossed into one side and the Marimekko label along the bottom edge. Piirto Unikko is a stylised, airy variation on the floral Maija Isola created in 1964, nodding to minimalism while drawing out the graphic lines of the original.
It is made of 100% cotton in Portugal, measures 100 x 160 cm and comes in Off-White and Black. Wash before use with like colours at the temperature given, in a full machine and without fabric conditioner, and expect shrinkage of up to 6%.

Unikko，1964年的罌粟花，寢具與衛浴
設計師Maija Isola1927–2001

打破規則的花朵
Isola 繪製 Unikko 時，Marimekko 的系列幾乎全是抽象印花。她以一整系列的花卉圖案作為回應。Unikko 是留存下來的那一款，至今仍在生產。
三種寢具織法
平紋布為200織，採用75%有機棉與25%再生棉，睡起來爽挺涼快。緞紋布為220織有機棉，帶有柔和光澤。50%棉與50%亞麻的混紡則帶來更有紋理的觸感。
在浴室裡
大多數毛巾為葡萄牙製的有機棉毛巾布。印花 Unikko 呈現色彩。Unikko Solid 將圖案凸壓於毛圈中，而輕盈線描版的 Piirto Unikko 則凹壓在厚實的毛巾布上。

Maija Isola 於1949年受 Armi Ratia 聘請，為後來成為 Marimekko 的 Printex 公司設計。在近四十年間，她創作了超過500款印花。她的女兒 Kristina Isola 18歲時加入 Marimekko，1980年至1987年間母女倆共同設計圖案。

請依洗滌標籤上的溫度，與相近顏色一起清洗。新的毛巾與寢具請在首次使用前先洗一次。
