The Tiiliskivi Guest Towel carries Marimekko's brick pattern as an embossed weave, and each side is worked in a different colour so the towel can be turned to suit the room. Tiiliskivi was designed by Armi Ratia in 1952, and its name, Finnish for brick, reflects the founder's belief in the simple beauty of everyday life.
Woven in Portugal from 100% organic cotton terry, the towel measures 30 x 50 cm and comes in Brick / Plum / Hay. Wash it before use with like colours at the stated temperature and in a full machine, and leave out the fabric conditioner so the terry stays absorbent. Shrinkage is a maximum of 6%.
