The Pieni Unikko Acrylic Coated Cotton Fabric pairs the small poppy print, screen printed in Helsinki, with a protective acrylic finish that wipes clean with a damp cloth. Unikko was born in 1964, when Marimekko collections were largely abstract, and Maija Isola turned the organic theme into a whole family of floral prints that now stand for creativity.
The base cloth is 100% organic cotton, coated on the face and made in Finland, with a pattern repeat of 88 cm, and it is sold by the metre. Colourways are White / Blueberry / Cool Blue, Plum / Cranberry / Off-White, Sand / White / Hay / Emerald and Warm Green / Light Blue / Pale Rose. Iron on the reverse side only.
