The Marimekko Oiva / Räsymatto Mug is a white stoneware mug from the Oiva range designed by Sami Ruotsalainen, printed with the rag rug motif in black. Maija Louekari drew Räsymatto in 2009 after the rag rugs of allotment cottages, a pattern tied to sustainable living and the pleasure of working with your hands.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it holds 2.5 dl and is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe, and the glazed colour and pattern stay vivid with daily use. It comes in White / Black. Remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Use it for coffee, tea or a late hot chocolate, and match it to the Räsymatto bowls in the Marimekko collection.
