The Marimekko Oiva / Siirtolapuutarha Teacup is a wide, handleless cup from the Oiva range designed by Sami Ruotsalainen, printed with the city garden line drawing. Maija Louekari drew Siirtolapuutarha in 2009 as a line drawing of the journey from the busy city centre out to an allotment garden full of flowers and vegetables.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it holds 2.5 dl and is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. It comes in White / Black. Remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Hold it in both hands for tea, or use it for yoghurt and berries at breakfast, alongside the teapot in the Marimekko collection.
