The Rume Box is a handcrafted stoneware box with an earthy expression that brings artisanal character to a shelf, a desk or a bedside table. The fitted lid keeps jewellery, keepsakes and other small treasures out of sight.
It is made from glazed stoneware, measures 19 x 13 x 12 cm and comes in Soil. Because of the special production technique, cracks and variations may occur, so each box is slightly different from the next. Wipe with a damp cloth.

A box for small treasures
Rume is a lidded box in glazed stoneware, sized for rings, earrings, watches or notes worth keeping. The fitted lid closes the contents away, so a dressing table or desk stays calm and clear of clutter.
Made by hand
Each Rume Box is handcrafted. Because of the special production technique, small cracks and variations may occur in the glaze and body, so every box is a little different and carries its own trace of the hand.
Low and tall
Rume 10 is the small box, 19 x 13 x 12 cm, in an earthy Soil glaze. Rume 17 is the tall one, 13 x 22.5 x 12.5 cm, in Off-White. Placed side by side they make a small still life on a shelf.
