Grinders that stay clean
The ceramic CrushGrind mechanism sits at the top, so no spice falls on the counter, and the grind is adjustable.
Jars for the pantry
Five sizes of glass storage jar take flour, rice, seeds, coffee and spices.
No-drip pouring
The oil and vinegar bottle's pourer sends drops back inside instead of down the side.

One look on the counter
Grand Cru began in 1993 with a wine stopper and grew into a full kitchen range. The four grooves run from glass jars with black lids to the electric kettle, which borrows the shape of the classic Grand Cru thermos jug.
Storing and seasoning
Storage jars in lead-free glass come in five sizes with lids in Circulen Renew, a bio-based plastic. Grinders of 14.5 and 20.5 cm use a ceramic CrushGrind mechanism, and the oil and vinegar bottle, oil spray, dressing shaker and marinade glass with brush cover the cooking.
Hot water and coffee
The 1 litre thermos jug has a double-walled glass liner and a push-button lid that lets out little heat. The 1.4 litre kettle in BPA-free plastic fills and pours without removing the lid and sits on a base that turns 360 degrees.

Rosendahl was founded in 1984 by Erik Rosendahl, who believed quality design should be available to many. The Danish design house makes products for the home, table and kitchen, and Grand Cru, with its four grooves, is the range it is best known for.
Using it at home
Can I wash the grinders and bottles in the dishwasher?
Only the glass parts, at a maximum of 55°C. Keep the grinding mechanism and steel tops out of the dishwasher.
Can I adjust the grinder?
Yes. The CrushGrind ceramic mechanism lets you set how fine or coarse the spices are ground.
Are spare parts available?
Yes. Lids, silicone rings for the jars, a lid stopper and a glass insert with washer for the 1 litre thermos jug are part of the range.
Which grinder size should I choose?
The 20.5 cm grinder holds 0.25 l and the 14.5 cm grinder 0.12 l, both 7 cm in diameter.
Why grind spices fresh?
Storing spices whole and grinding them only when needed keeps their taste and aroma for longer.
