Glass that serves
The 15 cm bowls work for breakfast, single portions or mixing a dressing, and the 19.5 cm and 24.5 cm bowls take salads or fruit. A 32 cm clear dish is made for everything from sushi and tapas to vegetable sticks and cake.
Into the oven
Ovenproof dishes of 24x12.5, 24x24 and 38x25 cm, a 19.5 cm ovenproof bowl and a 4 litre cocotte are made for baking, roasting and slow cooking. The cocotte, a covered pot known for keeping juices and flavour in, lets you watch the food as it simmers.
Porcelain and lids
A 35x15 cm white porcelain dish with the characteristic Grand Cru grooves is also oven and microwave safe, for meat, vegetables, cheese or desserts. Grey plastic lids fit the glass dishes and bowls, extend the life of leftovers and are freezer safe.

Rosendahl was founded in 1984 by Erik Rosendahl to make quality design available to many. Grand Cru, started in 1993, has grown to 147 pieces; the glass serving bowls carry Erik Bagger's name, while the ovenware comes from Rosendahl's own design team.
Using it at home
Which pieces can go in the oven?
The ovenproof dishes, the ovenproof bowl, the cocotte and the white porcelain dish. The ordinary glass serving bowls are for serving and the microwave, not the oven.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. The ovenproof glass is dishwasher safe, and the serving bowls and plastic lids wash at a maximum of 55°C.
Can the lids go in the oven?
No. The grey plastic lids are for storage in the fridge or freezer only.
Do the ovenproof dishes stack?
Yes. The three sizes, 24x12.5, 24x24 and 38x25 cm, stack to save space.
What is the cocotte good for?
