The Keglen lamp, created by BIG Ideas in collaboration with Louis Poulsen in 2017, was designed to combine simple geometry with unique light qualities. It evolved from a pendant developed for the Tirpitz Museum in Denmark, reflecting the museum’s architecture. The Keglen family’s design focuses on systematic geometry and is available in various sizes, maintaining a consistent aesthetic. The metal shades feature soft, organic glass inserts that resemble water droplets, with the glass flowing around the lamp stem. The Keglen Floor lamp shares this design language, with a graphic stem and base complementing the cone-shaped shade.
