The Marimekko Oiva / Siirtolapuutarha Plate is the smallest plate in the Oiva range by Sami Ruotsalainen, printed with the black and white city garden drawing. Maija Louekari drew Siirtolapuutarha in 2009 as a line drawing of the journey from the busy city centre out to an allotment garden full of flowers and vegetables.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it measures 8.5 cm across and is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. It comes in White / Black. Remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Use it under an espresso cup, for a single biscuit or as a rest for teabags and olive stones, with larger sizes in the Marimekko collection.
