The Marimekko Oiva / Siirtolapuutarha Deep Plate is a white stoneware plate with a deep well, part of the Oiva range designed by Sami Ruotsalainen. Maija Louekari drew Siirtolapuutarha in 2009 as a line drawing of the journey from the busy city centre out to an allotment garden full of flowers and vegetables.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware, it measures 20 cm across and is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. It comes in White / Black. Remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Use it for pasta, soup or a stew, and set it over the flat Oiva plates from the Marimekko collection.
